About My Blog

My name is Betty Escher. I am seventeen and I have been living aboard a St. Francis 50 catamaran with my family for the past eight years. We are originally from Ottawa, Canada, but we bought the boat and started sailing from Florida. We have since explored the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Panama, French Polynesia, Tonga, New Zealand, Fiji, and more. For years, I watched my mother, Lorraine, share our travels with friends and family through her own blog. Now that I'm older, I wanted to share my own perspective on our ventures and decided to do so through this blog.
